TVA — Time Visibility App — Last updated: 2 July 2026
TVA — Time Visibility App ("the App") is an internal time-tracking tool operated by GITS.ID for its teams and collaborators. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) to create and identify your account.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the App requests read-only access to your calendar (calendar.readonly) solely to display your events so you can turn them into time entries. We only store the time entries you explicitly create — we do not otherwise store, share, or use your calendar data.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
To provide time tracking, generate reports, link work items, and send reminders/summaries you enable.
We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to run the service:
Data is retained while your account is active and removed when an administrator deletes it. Integration tokens and secrets are stored encrypted. Access is limited to your workspace.
You can disconnect any integration at any time in the App. You may request account or data deletion by contacting your workspace administrator.
